At one of the street fish mongers on Cheung Chau is a huge fish being killed and cleaned in public.When fish at this size is being cleaned there is normally lots of audience who follows the last desperate attempt from the fish to keep alive, but is is always an uneven battle, and soon pieces of this fish finds it way to the plates of the guests at the nearby seafood restaurant.
