Eagles of Death Metal -" Don't Speak".

Great band, great video, even it is a commercial for Nike sports wear.
The director is Guy Ritchie and the actors is? Well have a look yourself.

And live on the streets in New York and by Steve Letterman.

Music from the 70ties live in the 90ties.

Can't tell why it is, but lately I have started to rediscover and old love -to a band. Back in the late 70ties and early 80ties I was listening a lot to Hawkwind. Then a long time not at all, and then now again I have rediscovered them.
The last vinyl LP I bought with Hawkwind must have been back sometime in the 80ties. "Levitation" it was. Since then nothing. I guess I got busy and occupied with other stuff and other music.
Then as the young man from Dresden was living with us, he showed me his music collection and what did I find there; Hawkwind.
Since I have been searching and reading and have found out that they (Hawkwind) has produced music all the way up through the 90ties and even all the way up to 2010 and 12.
A little taster from 95 from youtube.

11 kilometer above the ground.

About 4 hours into the journey towards Moscow, and I have seen two films already.

The first one was a kind of low budget film about 3 high school friends who found some spacedout hole in the ground and went down there, and touches some strange blue flouresent rocks. After doing that, they become the force like super powers and could through around things like a certain Mr. Obi Wan Ken Obi. It all starts pretty inocent but soon One of them went to the dark side, possible driven by anger by his less successfully life. Could be a new version of Stephen Kings famous "Carrie" from the 70ties. The director was a guy called Josh Trank.

The film is very recommendable, and is called "Chronicle". Why I chose it was because it played in Seattle and I could recognize the space needle there on the picture.

Second film was Steven Soderbergs  "Contagion" a virus thriller loaded with a fierch virus and numeros big stars. Gwyneth Palthrow is in it, and surprisingly she dies after about 7 minutes. Other big shots is Matt Damon, Jude Law, Lawrence Fishbone, Kate Winslet. Naturally it is a global thriller and Kowloon in Hong Kong players an important role.

4th film I watched was a romantic kind of family comedy feel good kind a film with Matt Damon - again- and Scarlet Johansen. "We bought a zoo" it was called, but now I don't know the director anymore.

And before we reached Moscow, I managed to see nearly all of the famous Peter Jackson Hobbit.

Next step of the journey from Moscow to Madrid was delayed, nearly 2 hours, so believe me that it was two frenetic tired heads that arrived in Madrid something 5 hours after schedule.
