Breakfast blogging

Disposable breakfast. Hotel breakfast a'la US. Everything is served on and in disposable service. What a waste. The few employees roaming around the crowded breakfast room throws away sack after sack of plates, cups, forks, spoons and knives. Maybe I am wrong, but I cannot see how this can be economical and sustainable. This is the second of the hotels we've stayed in so far where the breakfast is handled this way, and both times it has been known and big hotel
chains, who should have the urge to do better.
