Not only when on the road, but also being in the streets, rain showers tend to give us some variation during the day. On the road it slows you down for safety reasons, walking the streets, you need to take cover in some bar or shop. Normally it only goes on for some minutes before the sun breakes through again, and you can continue with your schedule, or just stay put and order another drink.
