Yes but there was this typhoon rummaging around in Hong Kong yesterday, right? Yes right! So the flight was cancelled. So what? Another day in LA?
No, we got put on an Eva Air flight to Taipei in Taiwan leaving at 1:30 am. Means one and a half hour longer waiting at this airport. Extended limbo and worst of all, this airport must be top on the list of boring and customer unfriendly airports, as soon as you have gone through security, it is dead and not much to do. If you get stuck in some airport, just hope that it is going to be Hong Kong, Singapore or most other Asian airports.
