 The Swedish Prinzess torte meets Christmas pudding and cinnamon bun.

Ponche Segoviana it is called and Catriona didn't hesitate calling it the best cake she ever tried. And that says a lot. It is a speciality from Segovia. A lemon infused sponge cake with vanilla creme and coated in a thick layer of Marcipan. Just Devine.

Even the famous Swedish "Prinsesse Torta" can't beat it. If you wanna try it, you must travel to Segovia.
