The first of November. Up a bit earlier – about five minutes - to go to the bathroom for the shave, which is so important on especially this date.It is the start of the MOvember MOnth, where men should grow the MOst fancy MOustace, to raise awareness of Men’s health issues and especially towards prostate cancer.
At the end of MOvember you can pay and aMOunt of money and so vote for the best lookalike MOustache grown on one of the male participants, the MOney raised can go to various charities.
2008:
I do not think that I have raised a lot of MOney the last two years I have participated; maybe the “lookalike” look wasn’t “Lookalike” enough for the best attempt. But as the head teacher in my old primary school always said on sports day; “it is not that important to win, it is important to participate”.
I really think he believed in that, and didn’t just say it because he knew that we were a bunch of no good farmer kids, with out any athletic skills or MOtivation.
2009:
I think I did post something about this back in 2008, but there is no need to try to go back to see if you can find this post, I’ll post the pictures from my two last attempts here, just for the information, and maybe to give me a bit More MOtivation, At the top of this post I have posted a picture of different MOustace styles, and you can then advise me which style of MOustace to go for this year, by adding a comment with your suggestion to this post.

This is the clean-shaven version, so let us see how ugly it is going to be this time!
