Hi to all you folks out there, maybe you just got up (Europe) or you are about to go to bed (USA + Canada). Well we have been on our feet for quite a while our selves, and I am about to leave our house to Join another football match on a rooftop in Ma On Shan. I promise I will be back later to add some more silly unimportant stuff to this blog. But just not to let the early souls down I have all ready posted todays Traktor.I found him at the border between Poland and Slovakia in 2003. Krass, net war? See you l8er. Me. All right I am back for a little comment. Yesterday I believed to have found Father Christmas here in Hong Kong. Well today I might have seen his wife or sister. I do not really know because I am too shy to ask famous people questions like that.Well, I told you earlier that i was going to Ma On Shan to play football on a rooftop. For those who want to know what Ma On Shan is, can I tell that it is the name of the 2nd highest mountain in Hong Kong and the name of a big modern housing estate north of Sha Tin. In fact we live just behind that mountain in Tai Wan village and from there a lot of trails leads up to the top. Here you can see the skyline of Ma On Shan from across the bay in Tai Po, and just on the other side we have our house in our little village. Here you see Ma On Shan from the other side in Sai Kung, it is really like two different worlds, and only 15 to 20 minutes apart by bus. Hong Hong really has everything to offer. If you want to spend your holiday shopping in a Metropole, you can do that, if you are looking for nature you can go hiking in the country parks or go fishing on a junker on the south china sea. Days back I told about the danish julekål, and said that I could not find the right picture where it is served with sylte. Well, now I have found it and it will be todays Christmas mood maker. The thing called: "sylte" is the pink jelly thing you see on the right side of the plate. On top of the mashed white cabbage is cinnamon and sugar. Mmmmmm. May the Christmas appetite be with you.
